The Frome Partnership is an independent Executive Search firm with a comprehensive knowledge of the real estate market and its leading participants.

Jerry Collin

Jerry has over twenty years specialist real estate executive search experience. He has been responsible for placing some of the most reputable names in the industry, and instrumental in establishing real estate businesses and specialist platforms for blue chip real estate investors.In 1995 he joined a leading executive search consultancy, creating the market’s first dedicated real estate finance practice. In January 2005 he established The Frome Partnership, fulfilling a long-term ambition to create a focused, top tier executive search consultancy servicing the pan-European real estate and real estate finance community. He qualified as a chartered surveyor and practised with two of the leading international real estate consultancies specialising in European investment. He has a BSc Honours Degree in Land Management.

James Lockwood

James has over twenty years experience completing high level searches within the real estate and financial services industry. He joined The Frome Partnership at its inception in 2005, prior to which he was a Consultant at Radley Associates, a management consultancy specialising in banking strategy and commercial real estate risk. Before this he was a Consultant at the then largest global financial services executive search firm, The Whitney Group. He began his career at a leading Japanese Investment Bank, Tokai International, becoming co-Head of Fixed Income for New Issues, Syndicate and Marketing. He has a BSc Honours degree in Accounting & Financial Management.

Caroline Barber

Caroline joined The Frome Partnership over ten years ago. She brilliantly ensures the smooth running of the company, which includes managing and coordinating all client and candidate communications and meetings. She previously worked in the West End offices of Savills and Knight Frank. She has a BA Honours degree in Science, Society and the Media.
